Access to the Bliss Billboards site is permitted at our discretion on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw access at any time. We will not be liable to you in any way if this site becomes unavailable. We restrict access to certain parts of this site to users who have registered their details with us. You are required to log in and accept these terms and conditions before you are able to use all of the Bliss Billboards site to create and share billboard ads. You are responsible for ensuring that the login information you provide is true and accurate. If you suspect someone has made or is making unauthorised use of your login information , you must contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any losses that arise out of the unauthorised use of your account. We have the right to disable any member registration if, in our discretion, you have not complied with these terms and conditions.
